Some of my work
Here, I briefly share the initial ideas, decisions made, and solutions defined to validate concepts and hone my UX/UI design skills. Each project highlights a quick and creative approach to solving design challenges, reflecting my thought process from conception to execution.

Municipal Early Childhood Plan (PoC)
About the project: This dashboard provides a quick and clear overview of the progress of decree implementations in childhood development plans across various municipalities. My role involved designing a straightforward visual system using color indicators to signal the status of each stage, complemented by a heatmap that highlights the municipalities’ progress at a glance. The goal was to facilitate easy monitoring and decision-making for stakeholders. Image below:

Fecomercio | Sales & Revenue (PoC)
About the project: This sales and revenue dashboard was redesigned to be more clean and user-friendly, emphasizing a funnel view that highlights key performance indicators. My role, after a heuristic study, was to enhance the visual clarity and make complex data easily interpretable for users, helping them quickly assess sales trends and financial health with an intuitive layout. VW Escape & Conversion (PoC)
About the project: This dashboard was redesigned for display on TV, where users cannot interact with the interface. My role was to present all relevant data clearly, emphasizing the most important metrics and adapting the layout to suit the context of different brands like Localiza, Porsche, Ducati, and others. The design ensures that viewers can easily grasp the information at a glance, even from a distance. Result:

Concept UI Screens
Redesign studies and Daily UIs that helped me understand best practices behind mobile and webapp platforms. How components like headers, sidepanel, buttons and others are actually made.

Conclusion
To every beginer designer I would recommend Daily UIs studies. It is a good way to open the mind to how big companies use to create and define each of their apps anatomy components, the decisions behind them, how is it attached to user research and goal metrics.
Working on PoCs is always a challenge because we are always fixed in one or two main projects but need to find space between time to create something visually attractive and cohesive. So, a good point is always explore a strong benchmarking and design what is already consolidate in others competitors.
